1. No. You can't shoot out of adjacency unless you have a rule that specifically allows it.
2. No, for the same reason as 1, and you also need a special rule to let you make ranged attacks against adjacent characters.

The rulebook specifically says you cannot make a ranged attack while adjacent to an opposing figure.
Sharpshooter gives you Improved Targeting with two effects:
- Ignores opposing characters for line of fire.
- May make a ranged combat attack targeting adjacent opposing characters.
Those are the only things SS does. No other restrictions are lifted. If it allowed you to shoot out of adjacency, then it would say that.

Sharpshooter:
This ability allows the character to make a ranged combat action/attack while based. If the attack targets, then targets of the attack must be the adjacent character(s). Regardless of targets, non-adjacent characters can be affected by the attack (such as would be the case with powers like Pulse Wave and Energy Explosion).
Take it from the PG is that what you mean harpua? THANKS FOR THE HELP
Follow up question. If you have sharp shooter with two lightning bolts and are adjacent to two opposing characters, can you make a ranged combat attack against both figures?

While not placed in the most convenient spot for easy reading, from the Rulebook, pg 11:
Remember!
While your character is adjacent to an opposing character, it is too occupied with defending itself or fighting the nearest threat to make any ranged combat attack!

As long as you can draw a line of fire, sure. Keep in mind that two friendly characters block line of fire through the diagonal. So if you were adjacent to a group of figures, some friendly, some not, you still need to make sure you can draw that LoF. The same principle holds true for characters using Stealth. Adjacent Sharpshooters will have their LoF blocked on this instance.
