As much of a sweet spot as that is, Warstar can't attack Shazam from E7. The Dynamostat is blocking terrain, which connects with the wall to make E7 non-adjacent to Shazam.

METEORITE†
Meteorite is subject to the Rule of 3. A die roll of 6 will add 3 (and
not 4) to the attacker’s unmodified damage value due to the Rule of 3.
Due to the last line of the text, powers, abilities, or other effects that reduce damage dealt can’t be used to reduce the damage dealt by Meteorite. Likewise, a critical hit will not increase the damage dealt. The last sentence reads: “The damage value is locked, and the damage dealt can’t otherwise be modified.
Shazam will take 7 from Warstar and barely survive. I'll update on my turn, which is coming up shortly.
