No, Solo Adventure does not transfer game effects.

Is the Pact a transferable effect? Or is it a constantly checking effect affecting the highest point character on a given force on the map at any moment?

THE PACT: At the beginning of the game, you may announce a pact. If you do, the highest point character on your force and the highest point character on your opponent's force (300 points or less) can't target opposing characters with an attack until one of them has taken damage from an attack or they are the only 2 characters on the map. This ability can't be ignored.
Well... now looking at it and it will constantly be the Highest character.

So by that thought then: If someone activated the pact against say... your Avengers Prime, you did a split into Thor, Cap and Iron Man, whoever the highest point character out there (most likely either Thor or Iron Man) is, that will be the one the pact remains on?
That seems to be what he's saying, you can't escape it completely by splitting.
I didn't see if it was settled yet, but if there are multiples of the highest point character(2 x 100pt guys on the same team) is the pact stopped by it? Or does it affect both? Or does Highfather's controller pick one?
Who is the more foolish? The fool or the fool who follows him?

That's been the indication so far but it's being discussed I believe.

jtallday- Jon I wouldn't challenge you if I wasn't sure you are wrong cuz I don't have that kind of energy.

So, if I have my highest point character who is Pacted pilot a vehicle, my second highest point character will become Pacted?

If High Father becomes Takion does the pact stay in place? Meaning would Takion then become the highest point figure?
What if two figures have the same point value and are the highest on the team? Are both pacted? Example: Thing and MR Fantastic at 100 points? What if there were two Things at 100 points?
What if there are two High Fathers on one team? One makes the pact and the other doesn't? What if both turned into Takion?

For what it's worth, my opinion...
1) No. Highfather gone Pact gone. Nothing says "Even if removed from game etc..."
2) We're still waiting on this. My guess is a player get's to choose and I'm going to go with Highfather player gets to choose.
3) I think they both make the Pact (if you choose). Again, both turn into Takion, no Highfather no Pact. But the choosing thing from question 2 becomes more interesting. I would actually say (From Game Balance on a razor-thin decision) that Player A picks their "Highest point figure" if there's a tie, and Player B picks their "Highest point figure" if there's a tie.

I know my opinion doesn't count but I think No. It would still be the highest point character on the TEAM. I know they aren't "affected by game effects" but I don't think they are being "affected" by The Pact when they are Piloting.

How about Loki (150pt) & Thor (250) merging into the duo during a 400 point game? Pact gone (with no figure 300 or less)?
The Pact does not check continuously. It only cares if you were 300 or less at the beginning of the game. And the Pact follows figures as they split/merge. Thor/Loki will still be Pacted.

That's the opposite of what MisterId said earlier (03/04/2014 18:41) in this thread.
Mainly because MisterId made that statement based on the wording. Since then he has gotten intent from Game Design and added it to the Final Word.
