An issue came up last night regarding Fantomex attacking through E.V.A.

E.V.A. is adjacent to 2 opposing characters. Fantomex, stealthed 5 squares away, makes a successful attack through E.V.A. to one of the opposing characters she's adjacent to. One of the opposing characters wants to use a theme Probability Control. Does the opposing character need line of sight to E.V.A. or to Fantomex?

Since Fantomex is the one doing the attack the LoF needs to be drawn to him.

Also, whether Fantomex is stealthed or not doesn't matter at all. Stealth only blocks a hindered LoF during your opponent's turn

Does E.V.A. get the benefit of Fantomex' sharpshooter ability when adjacent to opposing characters?

E.V.A's not the one making the attack, Fantomex is.

As it is Fantomex doing the attack it does not matter if E.V.A. is adjacent to opposing characters or not.
