Man this is awesome! In the past month we got 2 of my favorite characters in Glomulus and Headpool, both characters I never thought would see legitimate clix form, and they're effective tie-ups that cost less than 40 pts each.
7 of these guys with the Red PB, ring and 7 decoy's.
Sure you probably won't win many games, but the look on your opponents face as he takes 5 damage at the start of your turn will be more than worth it. Could possibly replace my Golden Age Injustice Society Icicle battery team as most annoying team to subject my opponents to.

You can only have 1 copy of each distinct construct.
It takes some doing but you can have more than one of the same item on the power battery
FORM A CONSTRUCT: Give the Power Battery a power action, remove a Construct from it and replace it with a Construct from outside the game up to 2 points higher than the one removed. If the new Construct is a lower point value, this is a free action instead. If the new Construct is a higher point value, this is a double power action instead.
A good defense will only last for so long, before you must crush your enemies outright!

So according to the rulebook, the same free action cannot be repeated in the same turn "unless the game effect indicates otherwise", which is fine. So on to the dumb question. Since friendly oranges 75+ given a non free-action can give this guy sidestep, is it possible for one friendly to do a non-free, this guy sidestep, another friendly do a non-free, and then him be able to sidestep again?
Or is it another wonderful semantic issue where it doesn't work that way since it didn't say "for each non-free action"?
This Orange Lantern construct mold is of the character Glomulus-"This member of the Orange Lantern Corps originated in sector 2826. A gluttonous, strange looking alien as consumed by Blume and given his orange power ring." Information taken from the DC Scribblenauts Unmasked video game character bio. I hope to see a heroclix of the orange lantern corps member Blume someday.
Gave one the Scissors. The look on my friends face was amazing. Crit with blades exploit and rolled a 6 to almost one-shot a kuurth. He is a fiestly little bugger
