It may take longer to get an official answer, but, hopefully, they will be better organized and referenced if centrally cataloged. Search-Fu to find a ruling was a bad way to do things while waiting for an updated PG.

This forum is older than the rules deputy concept and was useful in the past. The tone of the questions will likely change and if a consensus can't be reached someone will need to send an email. The use of the forum just changes. Also time to unsticky the threads about oranges.

No, just that this site needs to identify people itself as trustworthy sources for supplying responses from emails and providing answers.

This forum existed long before the deputies and it will continue now that they have been removed.

I don't much like this concept, as with other companies that implement similar methods it just seems to lead to confusion and bad blood between judges and players. I understand why they are doing it this way - it's much easier and less likely to result in a bunch of direct criticism. There's no way it's better for the judges or players though.
