It's Silver Mantis' "Mage Spawn" Team Ability
To summarise, if Mantis is within 4 squares of Scirocco when he's given a move action, she may immediately be given a Move Action herself, as a free action. Knowing that, would you like to change anything about your turn?

"Such a strange place to do battle... and with such... peculiar foes" Scirocco muses as he looks out over the red sand and rocks towards the Thunderbolts as the Destiny Portal closes behind him.
"I fear this sand shall soon be stained redder still" he mutters softly, shaking his head as old feelings of remorse and guilt bubble up from the depth of his scarred soul.
"Your premonition is correct, Swordsman" Kalinda replies, her voice somewhat distant as always. "The possible futures all converge upon one thing... and one thing only. Violence"
1) With a final sigh, Scirocco composes himself and draws his blade. "So be it. Let no-one say Scirocco is one to fight against the futility of fate. If bloodshed is decreed by fate today, then bloodshed it shall have. Mantis, attack!" Scirocco moves to B18, triggering Mantis' Mage Spawn TA
free) "About damn time!" Mantis laughs as she madly launches herself across the sand in a single, inhuman bound. Mantis leaps to K14 using her TA
free) "Fate hangs in the balance. My aid may well be required" Kalinda moves to A17, using her TA. She takes 1 from the push
2) "Ah... put the fun is only just about to begin!" Diabolique grins with a... well... diabolic smile as she reaches out to lightly touch Kalinda's shoulder. Diabolique supports Kalinda. 10 atk. vs 15 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (6,1) for a 7 and a hit. Support roll doesn't matter since she only needs 1. Kalinda heals one and Invigorate kicks in, removing a token from Widow, Scirocco and Kalinda. 1 SA for Diabolique
3) "Yes, yes, I know. It's vital that I get you into the proper position right away. Cause and effect and all that" Dr. Aeon grumbles as he activates his teleporter. Aeon teleports, picking up Kalinda. Kinetic Accelerator roll is: 3. Aeon teleports to G20/G21 and takes 1 from the push. He places Kalinda in F20
4) "Hi pretty bird!" Mantis grins maniacally as she lands in a cloud of dust directly in front of Songbird, murderous metal spikes menacingly extruding from her hands. "I think I'd like to hear you sing!" Mantis flurries Songbird! 10 atk. vs 16 def. Needs a 6. Roll is: (5,2) for a 7 and a hit! Songbird takes 2. Before making the second attack, Mantis uses Lunge to move to M14, attacking Songbird again from there. 10 atk. vs 15 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (4,4) for an 8 and a hit! Songbird takes 2 more, and even without Mantis' Force Blast she's knocked back into the elevated terrain in J11 for one more click of damage and the KO! 2 SA's, 1 KO and 1 from the push for Silver Mantis and 1 AST for Scirocco.
With an insane and unnerving giggle, Mantis lunges at the unprepared Melissa, the razor-sharp spikes emerging from the mad cyborg's knuckles and fingers cutting her to the bone! Mantis' mad laughter only rises higher in tune with Songbird's desperate, agonised scream of pain as she dances around her prey like a cat with a mouse, cutting, stabbing and slicing before finally ending the sick game with a brutal kick, knocking the badly cut and heavily bleeding Thunderbolt backwards directly into an unyielding rock!
As Songbird slumps to the ground in an unconscious pile at the feet of the cliff, Mantis turns her burning eyes on Juggernaut, her dainty, blood-spattered features lighting up in an ecstatic grin "Ooh... you look like fun Big Boy? Ready to get... mhhmm... rough?"
Mako clears and Aeon and Kalinda both will PC any successful attacks they might see
