Lucky enough to pull a Zombie Electro.

Already a disgustingly good figure for alpha strike, I have an option for a build with 002 Bruce Banner from IH.

I need help figuring out what Banner's Bomb Science would mean for Electro's SP triple target EE and Psychic Blast combo.

Electro's Damage SP
Banner's Attack SP
Two questions:

With Banner adjacent, is Electro dishing 2 penetrating EE for each of three targets?

Does the splash damage (to figs other than the initial targets) also see a bump to 4 damage or stay at 3 damage penetrating?

Bomb Science increases the damage dealt to the main targets, not to the splashed characters.
