Is Munk's compassion, WOL #18, a free action or a power action? The power as worded does not say which it is.

COMPASSION: When a non-adjacent friendly character within 6 squares takes 3 or more damage, after actions resolve, if that character hasn't been healed this turn, you may place Munk adjacent to that character and heal that character of 1 damage.

As worded it isn't an action at all.

Yea, it isn't considered an action. Normally, you are not able to give your figures actions on their turn. Pretty sure that is written somewhere in the player's guide but too lazy to look it up. With the way this is worded, it keeps it from becoming too confusing in terms of game play. "did x happen? Then do y" I like powers like that.

This would not be considered an action of any kind.
