With characters like larfleeze that generate the tokens, would the opponent get VP for killing them, even though they are nor pat of the army build? And if so, is there any official clarification or such that says this, since the local judge says they do not, and just checking to see if that is right.
DETERMINING VICTORY POINTS
Victory points are scored as follows:
1) Defeated characters. Every opposing character that is defeated during the game earns you a number of victory points equal to its point value.
It says every character that is defeated, not every character defeated that started the game. If there is a character, either with a dial or a bystander, that is brought into the game and has a point value, you score points for KOing it.
I would ask the Judge (after the game) to show me where it says I shouldn't score points for KOing a character.

A better example of this would be with older figures like Multiple Man than can generate more of themselves. Another example would be Battlefield Promotion figures that bring in a higher point character.
That's what i had figured, the rules seem very un ambiguous to me, and i know that's how it works in other games. However, since I just started, and apparently everyone just listens to that ruling, even at the official events, at the area i play, trying to get as much info as i can before trying to conflict. Lost a game last night because of that.

You could ko 100 E.V.A. from Fantomex and score nothing because they have no point value but if a piece has a point value and you ko it you then get the points for the ko.
Is that the same as your dork hanging out of the bottom of your shorts.
Stranger things have happened!

This is true. There was a big deal when Master Mold came out for the same reason. It was ruled that if he keeps popping them out and you keep KO'ing them, you get points for them.

Is there somewhere that rulling is posted? I would just love something official so i can argue the point with him easier.
I've been searching around, but can't find anything with finality by wizkids or official stuff. Though i might now know what exactly too look for with that.
SENTINEL MANUFACTURER: Give Master Mold a power action. If your force on the map except for Master Mold is less then 300 points, you may place a character on the map adjacent to Master Mold. The placed character's name must include "Sentinel", it must possess the Robot keyword, and the placed character's point value must be less than or equal to the current number on the Factory Dial.
The effect is to bring a character in. If you KO that character, you would score victory points for that character equal to its Point Cost. That is established in the Rulebook.
The only notable change to this in the Rulebook is for Replacement Characters, detailed on page 6. Since any Sentinels are not Replacement characters, none of this would apply.
TL;DR - You would score points normally for Manufactured Sentinels because there is no rule or effect telling you not to.

Ok, I will use all this and try and get him to understand. Thank you for the help
Your friend just needs to understand that you score points for what you KO period.
Show him the rules where it goes over scoring points for a figure you KO.
Then go over that you have always been able to score more points than the build total.
For instance show him Capture. If you capture a figure and release it in your starting area you score additional victory points that can allow you to exceed the build total.
