Which team is the best with them (modern age 300 points) ? I thought about

W-X23 168 pts--> main character
Bizarro 50 pts--> support character
Sin (fear itself) 75 pts---> outwitter, shooter

Sin is 76. Do you have Sister Sercy? Use her instead of Sin, and she'll be your support piece, and Bizarro your secondary attacker.

For theme I'd go:
W+X23
GF WatX Kitty Pryde 70 (Outwit + Incap)
M10A Storm 59 (8 range, Stealth + RCE)
= 297pts. But if others are using dials then you'll need to as well.

I'd run X-23 and Wolvie as part of a theme (X-Men):

Assign the duo Greithoth's Hammer, which gives them for greater Flurry/BCF reach (and RS/range of 4 if they need it).

NC can use Nul's Hammer for Charge, Steal Energy, Regen and Toughness. Jubilee can use any Hammer, although when you initially drop a Hammer in her square, you'll want to hit up to 2 or more characters for extra healing.
