FASTER THAN THOUGHT: Takion can use Hypersonic Speed and Pulse Wave. When he uses Hypersonic Speed he can use Pulse Wave instead of a ranged combat attack.

Electro Blast
When making a ranged combat attack, this character modifies its damage and range values by +1 and has an additional "target".

Pulse Wave
Give this character a ranged combat action even if it is adjacent to an opposing character; the area of effect for this attack is half the character’s range value.
