hi ive been playing for a few months i never reily use perplex that much so i kinda have a question on it. well my question is can u perplex the number of people u can target. the number of lighting bolts u have u know. this occured to me just recently, the vetran ultron is one of my favorit charecters and i love to use his EE on 3 targets at once i was wondering if i could perplex it up to 4 targets and make it even more devastating

Maybe I should expand. Perplex states that you can alter the number of one of the printed values on the dial. The printed values are range, speed, attack value, defense value, and damage. The lightning bolts, while printed on the dial, are not considered a numbered value.

Uhm, I think you're trying to say you can perplex up the number of targets you can hit and that would be wrong. Perplex can only be done to your 5 combat values (movement, attack, defense, damage and range). Just because the number of targets is on the base of the figure doesn't mean it can be perplexed.

The last bullet in the DC FAQ under Perplex clearly outlines on what it can be used.
