To compliment the Fantastic Four dials, I give you Doom.
Points are probably low. I put him in the 250-280 range. I wanted to make a character that could take on multiple opponents alone.
I don't claim this is the definitive version, but I would love to see one. Please feel free to post your versions to the thread, and of course, I love all feedback.

Ovoids' Mind Transfer: Once per game, give Dr. Doom a double power action and choose an opposing character of lesser value that has a click # within 2 of Dr. Doom's current click # and is within range and line of fire. Dr. Doom becomes friendly to that character's force and that character becomes friendly to your force. Any game effects assigned to each of them is now assigned to the other. When Dr. Doom heals, after actions resolve, this effect ends and any game effects assigned to each of them is now assigned to the other. None shall approach Doom: Dr. Doom may use Force Blast. If he targets a character 75 points or less, he may use it as a free action. I can take all of you: Dr. Doom can use Energy Explosion and possessed . When he hits characters that all share a named keyword with a ranged combat action, he deals his printed damage to each targeted character. Advanced Defensive Systems: Dr. Doom can choose up to two standard Defense powers and he may use the powers until he chooses again. If he chooses only one power, this power may not be countered.
