For a team not using resources or possession, I think it should do rather well. Romat-Ru is great for positioning your Weaponers via TK. That sinestro can funtion as a OMA with that RS+PW. Just don't forget to utilize Sinestro's special Perplex. Lyssa is also great, when positioned properly she can turn a match easily. But she is also easy to KO in a large match like this.

Biggest suggestion now, pick your map wisely. The map can make or break a team and you will be getting +7 to your map roll so odds are good that you win choice. With this team you are going to want a map where Lyssa Drak can hide well but is open enough that sinestro can pulse wave easily. Also you don't want to hinder Weaponer, since he can't fly.
