This is probably my favorite version of falcon, granted I haven't played the civil war main set one. He starts out strong with a big defense against ranged opponents. his perplex is extremely handy with teams. his biggest weakness is getting based. keep him at range and he's set to go!

If you look at his dial, he has an 11 speed...

...and only 5 range, 2 targets.

It looks like they simply used the same picture from the main set fig. His stats should be correct as they're listed here.
