A Nice taxi and secondary attacker, and hard to criticize too much for only 60 points. Even when he gets knocked off his glider he has penetrating ranged and close combat powers.

Sinister Syndicate teams needed more fliers, more good attack values to borrow, and more options to defeat stealth. This guy fills all those roles.

5 stars! Great sculpt and one of the more playable designs in recent memory. Solid named theme team-building options. Hoping for a Mystical version in the future...

This guy stole the gliders from all the Goblins in SFoSM, I guess. He'll have to carry them around as penance...

May as well give him a symbiote. He stole green goblins gimmick who's to say he wouldn't steal venoms? But 11 attack 2 bolts energy explosion is super solid. Outwit some defenses and let this guy go to work. Pair him with Boomerang and you've got yourself a nasty little team. I didn't like his dial until I played it in sealed and now every battle royal I play in I try to get him. People like to clump up in a battle royal. Perfect opportunity for him to launch some pumpkin geenades while flying around on a stolen Goblin Glider.

Win/Loss: 0-4 Jack O'Lantern was the villain in the first Spider-Man comic I owned so I was very excited to see he was being remade. The sculpt looks great and a starting 11 attack, dual bolts EE and a decent 5 range / 5 move RS that ignores hindering is more than I would have hoped for. After using him 4 times, he is the poster boy for a Glass-Cannon. 16 defense and Toughness results in him never finishing a game on the map and he's only once, in my experience, lasted longer than getting off 1 attack. At 60 points he still remains a great value and will see plenty of action (and then dying) for the foreseeable future. Good piece.

@Tyroclix I feel like it's really dependent on the game type and team you play. I used this guy with FF Kingpin and he was amazing (500 point no resource/relics/equipment). I could stay back and make ranged attacks and let Venom and Lizard tank and Mysterio's Bystanders distract and incap. I went 2-1 with Jack and he did a ton of damage for me.

@Tyroclix @jjxanadu -- Like JJX indicates, I believe a lot depends on the type of game played. If you can keep giving your opponent a more "dangerous" target to worry about then JO'L will stay on the board longer and offer more contributions. If you can get SFoSM Speed Demon in your attacker's face and allow JO'L to snipe over SD's shoulder (so to speak) then JO'L will be much more effective.

For a Halloween event, I was able to borrow enough Jacks to have six on the field as the pumpkin patch warriors for Poison Ivy and Swamp thing. As has been observed, they don't hold up well to enemy fire, but do a pretty decent job laying down some hurt especially when Jack keeps borrowing his own attack to make end-dial PPB and EWs connect. Went 0-3, but had a blast and was able to pose a credible threat to the new Turtles, a Zemo-bolts team, and some very durable Mystics. Now I just need a lot more! With lessons learned, I do believe it will be Zemo's turn to try his green-thumb next time...perhaps with some medics.
