AURA OF ROT AND DECAY: Gluttony can use Exploit Weakness. When Gluttony hits an opposing character, remove any relic and resource attachments assigned to it from the game. Relics and resource attachments can't be assigned to that character this game.
When the Quinjet + resource dial is hit by Gluttony what is the result?
1. Is the Quinjet removed from the game?
2. The dial made inert?
3. Can call-ins still be made?
No pie. No dessert. Just some coffee.

Nothing. The resource dial is not a resource attachment. Resource attachments are things like the sins on Pandora's box/rock of eternity or the Phoenix shards. Things that attach to a resource.

I only disagree because the wording for the dial is:
Quote
Force Construction - This resource costs 5 points. Quinjet may be played without paying this cost, but if you do, this dial is ignored. This resource must be assigned to Quinjet.
And that Gluttony's wording affects things "assigned" to the target. I'm open to the idea that I'm wrong but that wording is pretty spot-on.

People tend to misread Gluttony's power a lot and think it affects resources (I'm pretty sure I did when he first came out). I'm not sure what it is about the wording that does it, but it is very clear. It affects resource attachments, not resources.

It has little to do with the wording. Players reading it want it to do what they want it to do. Which it doesn't, because it does exactly what it says it does.

Yeah, Gluttony does nothing to the Quinjet and its Resource Dial. There are no attachments for said resource, since the ID cards are not attached to it as they are with the Table/Teleporter.
Also, another example of why you need to quote ALL the effects involved when you ask a question.

RESOURCE DIAL (+5 POINTS):
Force Construction - This resource costs 5 points. Quinjet may be played without paying this cost, but if you do, this dial is ignored. This resource must be assigned to Quinjet.
Clicking the Dial - When you remove an ID Card from the game using its Call In Help ability, you may roll a d6 and turn this resource's dial clockwise that many times. When Quinjet clears action tokens or takes damage from an opposing character's attack, after actions resolve, you may turn this resource dial once clockwise.
Nothing there indicates the resource uses any kind of attachments. The bolded part clearly indicates that ID Cards are used normally.
