This really is a let down. No mention of being the Bride, or power/ trait associated with her attraction powers to Spider-Man-/ Peter? I can't help but feel like this was a last minute coffee drugged deadline throw in. "Shoot, I partied all night and forgot to make dials for Silk, and Miles Morales! Let's just throw some crap together to turn in. It's not like fans of the character will bother me!"
I am a little disappointed by her offensive capabilities, like others mentioned, but I am happy to have her at all and hope that her sculpt is detailed well. I am also thinking that probability control will make her extremely useful...seems that the power is getting rarer and maybe more expensive as of lately...
I played against her. She's pesky. That probability control and ability to hit you with actions can really leave you vunerable. I saw how she was meant to be played and I plan on doing the same with her on my Spider Man Family teams. I like her but not enough to play her on a non Family team.
I really like this representation of Silk. She's great on a Spider-Verse team, as others have mentioned- she really shines by comparison to Spider-Girl (Mayday) of the Commons, with two further squares of threat range, situational multi-target, and five fewer points of cost- and her slightly-better-than-average Prob Control (as opposed to less-useful-than-average) is not to be underestimated. Her dial is very straightforward, and the two clicks of Regen at the back end give her a much better shot at getting use from it. Would've liked her special Prob power to return on those clicks, but rerolling one's own Regen rolls would probably have pushed her into Rare territory... Not that, as moonshinclix mentions, there couldn't be a great dial of her as a Prime for the Spider-Man Family keyword, with a Dr Minerva-like bonus for adjacency to Spider-Man.
In my game last night I found that her special Incap to be much better than it looks on paper, by the way. I think with the game's current pendulum swing towards more figures on the table with fewer of them having Indom, it often isn't too hard to get her a couple useful targets. There's also the idea that having three targets makes it more likely she'll hit at least one of them- and even if that one doesn't take a token due to her special Incap, she'll still have hit them and can therefore activate her Help From the Spider-Verse trait. I dangled Spider-Gwen as alpha bait for my opponent, and when he went after her I came in with Silk around the side. Worked a treat.
TL;DR Silk is good, probably an auto-include on Spider-Man Family teams.
Cindy is supposed to be faster than Spider-Man, but this dial doesn't reflect that. I wish she would have started with a click or two of 10 movement and maybe combat reflexes just for one click.
Win/Loss: 6-5 Every now and then a character comes along that just intrigues me. WAAAY back in Hypertime, it was Nightwing. Currently, it is Silk. Silk's design has a lot of things I like. Fair point cost, consistent stats, wildcard... And I have been happy with her performance. Running Shot with Incap / 3-targets has been useful. She has been able to avoid attacks regularly - especially at range. This often baits a figure to close in on her. Her CCE clicks have been especially effective. Back end, Regen to help her get back to good stuff. Sure, tweaks here and there would make her more meta but as is, she is a character that few play which suits me just fine. Mine evades like a mofo which can drive opponent's batty!

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
