Can you use Charge and then use Flurry immediately afterwards if the dial has it showing? I always thought you couldnt do that. Seems a bit overkill for one power action.
Charge:
Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its speed value and then it may be given a close combat action as a free action....
Flurry:
Give this character a close combat action. After the close combat attack resolves, it may make a second close combat attack as a free action.....
They do stack. Charge grants you 1 free close combat action, so you can either use that to make a normal close attack or use it to activate Flurry if a character has it.
You can Charge and then Flurry. Charge lets you use a Close Combat Action as a Free Action at the end of the move. Flurry take a Close Combat Action to activate, so you can use it as the Free Action granted by Charge.
