Subatomic Subterfuge: Ant-Man can use Perplex. When he does, if he targets an opposing character, that character can't target Ant-Man until your next turn unless it's the only character on it's force.
Assume Ant-Man uses the Perplex from Subatomic Subterfuge on an opposing character.
Assume the opposing character is then damaged or healed. Per the normal restrictions on Perplex, "the effect of Perplex on that character ends immediately."
What about the inability to target Ant-Man until your next turn? Does that end, too, or not?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then the opposing character that he targeted with Perplex can't target Ant-Man until your next turn. That's all that matters.
Don't overthink it.
"He's Predator Smurf! Not Happy Smurf or Gleeful Smurf or even PMSing Smurfette! He's Predator Smurf! What kind of attitude do you think he's gonna have?" -Songwriterz-
There is nothing in the power that says "As long as that character has an ability modified by Ant-Man..." or anything like that.
All it asks is that he targets an opposing character with perplex. Doesn't matter what happens after that unless what happens is everyone else on your force dies leaving Ant-Man all alone.
