Yet another unimaginative, boring minion for the Hand. Powers that trigger while in Hindering Terrain are not so great without Improved Movement... or in the case of this dial, Improved Targeting. The team ability also feels like it's bloating the dial, because positioning is critical to make it work for you. Despite the "special white power", this feels like an Infinity Challenge or Xplosion dial.
This figure is a perfect example of what's wrong with the game.
Why does a junky generic need a Special Power. Does this figure really justify requiring a card? Just give her normal Stealth and keep the game simple for new players.
