When hosting a sealed event, what should i do if a player opens his booster pack, and a figure in it is either

A.) Missing or has an incorrect sculpt?
B.) The top of the figures base is incorrect or another figures?
C.) The dial its self is incorrect or another figures?

Does the player luck out?

The rules for WizKids official tournaments have this to say:

This would lead me to say, in general:

A) Not replaceable.
B) Replaceable
C) Replaceable

Certainly the player may not use the figure in a case where the dial and base do not match. However, the player does not have to request a replacement if, for whatever reason, they want to play with only the playable figures they received.

All of that said, these are rules for WizKids official events. You and your local store may decide otherwise.

Right I was looking to maybe get some advice on how other local venues would handle this situation. Probably should have put this thread else where. My mistake.
