Dr. Doom 019:

SEE? I AM STILL YOUR SUPERIOR: When another character possessing the Fantastic Four keyword or team ability is KO'd, heal Dr. Doom of 1 damage.

If he wild cards the Fantastic Four TA:

FANTASTIC FOUR When a character using the Fantastic Four team
ability is KO’d, each other friendly character using the Fantastic Four team
ability may be healed of 1 damage. If all remaining characters using the team
ability are KO’d as par t of the same action, this team ability can’t be used.

Can Dr. Doom heal 2 Clicks?

Yeah, those are 2 separate triggers that will both happen when another friendly character with the F4 TA gets KO'd, so he will heal from each.
