The damage power made me giggle

if I don't take the damage can I still make the attack?

I will venture a guess that no, you can't attack. Everything is strung together with 'and'. Roll a d6 'AND' if you roll 1-3 you deal a damage to the character 'AND' you can then attack.

I make it caps so it reflects how I'm emphasizing the words when reading it, not trying to be dinkly about it.

I would imagine that to work the other way, it would have to say something like, "Roll a d6, on a roll of 1-3, deal 1 click to your guy. After that resolves, you can make a free close attack."

The new rules hurt the Hypersonic -> Damage Power of this Vehicle since it can't Carry anyone anymore when using Hypersonic.

Anyway you can give the jet running shot through one way or another?

... and I just realized you can’t use it with DEADPOOL, Merc with a mouth

50-50 shot at activation clix on the damage power. Could be worth it.
