Hercules has a trait that lets him KO a character's held object if he moves adjacent to them. Would this KO the new weapons from The Mighty Thor set since they are objects, or, when they are equipped do they become "equipment" and therefore are no longer considered held objects? Thank you!

It would only KO them if they were held objects, not equipped. When they are equipped, they are equipment.

In golden age, this lady would be useful for yoinking those items before they get a chance to equip them.

Note if an object has the Indestructible keyphrase, then the “This object can only be KO’d by using it in an object attack or by its own effect” rule holds true for this object. So Hercules couldn't destroy them even if they are held.
