SCORE: 90%. What a great sculpt, great character and great dial. Look at those traits! Oh, you rolled a crit miss? Well, -I- feel bad for you, but my -team- is going to punish your bad luck. "Can't be part of a dual target" comes up more often than you think and is more annoying to opponents than it looks on paper.
Pulse Wave, Perplex and Power Cosmic is a terrific combo - when you have 18D+Perplex on the turn before. The Systematize power isn't too bad either - I don't mind dealing only one damage with my 100 point piece if it means blanking your dial too. Think I'll try Carrying Chipmunk Hunk around for Systematize. He's only 20 points and self-Pulse Waving him only gets him to Perplex faster.

This is the only truly playable version of Lickmo, and damn it's a good one! Immediately, them makes a terrific tank. 18D is reasonable plus Invincible, Power Cosmic, and colossal size. It takes two attacks of 5+ damage to bring them down. Barring that, they'll probably get knocked onto 19D Regeneration. These guys are absolutely going to be taking the hits your team can't. I've used them as a Mastermind meat shield very effectively. Perplex is similarly helpful, at the very least buffing their defense, but I've also been using it to give them attack to land that 4 damage from 10 squares away. Because it's a 2x2 colossal piece, I've had them stand in doorways to effectively protect my team.
Oh yes, and don't forget about his Mystics team ability like I did. Not only are they taking the hits for your team, they're sending them back with each hit! In my eyes, this is the best tank in the game so far. If you don't tentpole this piece, it will make some extremely good support. You'll be upset if you lose it, but 100 points is still a recoverable number. Your opponent will be spending so much effort to take them down that your main threat can be that much more threatening.
I never use their special powers, though. I don't need the Pulse Wave if they're protecting my people, and they're usually never mid-dial. Usually if my opponent comes at them, it will be enough hits to put them to Regen. Sadly, the Alopex combo is rather unreliable, as 190 points (200 if you give her something to let her shoot) is a big point sink for a long-term tactic. I've definitely done it, but I feel there's better ways to spend your points.
