I don't understand how Enhancement and multi attack works. Cyclop's damage value is 2. If Cylops multi attacks three targets plus Enhancement, will his damage go up to 3 and then distribute the damage, or will Enhancement add damage to the two targets to 2 damage each?
No I don't think so. If you read the Enhancement it says that you increase the 'damage delt'. This is the damage, not that you are capable of dealing, but the actual damage that is recieved to each opposing figure. So Cyke attacks two fig's for 1 click each, say, and then each gets an extra click with the enhancement.
It seems one of the elegant changes is the difference between "no damage" (unmodifiable) and "0 damage" which is modifiable. Dealing 0 damage with a multi-attack means it can be enhanced or SHIELDed. Pretty cool.
I am sure that enhancement works as follows.
Veteran Cyclops can use enhancement to make his damage from 2 to 3,note that he can't also use his range combat expert. If you decide to make 3 different attacks(with his 3 lighting bolts) he must reduce his damage to 1 but if he is next to Psylocke with enhancement for example he can deal 2 damage to three different separate targets.Believe me since I have organised tournaments and I 've been consulted by Dr. Gandalf.

that is true under the current rules. However, under the new rules, it works as HC explained in his post above......
Originally posted by HeroComplex Distribute the damage however you'd like, and then Enhancement will increase the damage against each target by one.
Cyclops splits his 2 damage between 3 targets, deciding on 1-1-0. Enhancement brings that to 2-2-1.
That's a good rule, then.
However, for Hawkeye to be effective under the new rules, he's going to be REQUIRED to have an enhancer/shield fig next to him to use the multi-attack for damage...
A mental picture helping me in terms of "damage dealt" is to think of cards. This question wasnt a problem for me because of that picture. You deal out 2 damage total, split up how you want it.
You decide 1-1-0. So each target is sitting there with that much damage dealt in front of them. Enhancement, kicks up damage dealt by 1. So the damage dealt is now 2-2-1.
Just a mental image that may help.
Damage "taken" is how much each target actually clicks. These are important terms to separate.

Alas poor Hawkeye, but remember, his R and E versions have Incapacitate later on in the dial. Pretty useful with dual arrows.
