After finally getting a new BTAS starter pack with up to date rules and PAC, I'm reviving my own dump threads for custom dial designs, similar to the old Uber Dials thread. I should be able to keep the wording up to date now.
One note, I'm not posting images with the dials here to avoid issues I've had with misleading image sizes that break forum rules for size.

Which Harvey Is In Control?: Opposing Characters that have Two-Face in their line of fire and range can't use Stealth or Shape Change.
Obsessed With Duality: When Two-Face hits with an attack, modify damage +1 for each [2] in the attack roll. His attack roll of [2,2] is considered a Critical Hit.
Twin .45 Pistols: Once Per Turn when Two-Face misses a range attack, RANGE at no cost.
I like that wolverine, but feel he would cost at least 120.
Thanks for the constructive criticism. I was hesitant to make him too costly on account of 0 range, but I upped his cost to 125 now on that note on account it'd take at least 3 hits to KO him in one turn barring countering Invincible.

It's not technically a dial, as a dial-less resource, but I'm putting my recent contest submission for a new resource up here too, maybe tweak the design a little.
Not sure it's clear in the description, but you have to play the trophies in order, you can't, say, play 3 and 12 of the trophies, you have to play them in order as you pay points or you can't build up to the later ones.
The Trophies of Hercules
Point Cost: 10-120 and Only Assigned To One Character
Sculpt: A Greek Urn painted to depict Hercules, with slots for 12 "Trophy" items to decorate it.
Rules: This Resource is assigned to one character on your force by paying 10 points per Trophy used in the resource, minimum of 1. You must place the trophies on the resource in their numerical order from 1-12 when assigning them to the resource and paying the cost. The effect assigned to each trophy is in play on the assigned character while it is in place on the resource. You cannot play any other resource or special objects on your force if you use The Trophies of Hercules resource.
