I'm a little confused about some of the rulings. I have three questions about the new rules. The first question has to to do with using RCE in conjunction with other powers. When I read the power cards I thought it said it can work with other powers unless the power ups the damage such as enhancement, but someone said on one of the threads that you couldn't use running shot and RCE together still. can you use RCE and running shot together? The other two questions concerns pulse wave. One is can you perplex the damage of pulse wave if the perplexer is outside the range of the pulse wave? the other question has to do with the first pulse wave question. If perplexing outside the range of pulse wave is legal, and I want to running shot pulse wave with Blizzard, do I first declare it perplex, move, and roll for pulse wave or do I declare running shot pulse wave, move, perplex, and then roll for pulse wave

1. RCE requires you to assign a power action, and so in addition to the damage-related restrictions listed in the PAC, you can also only use it when it is legal to assign a power action. Running Shot only lets you assign a free ranged combat action, and so you're out of luck with RCE.

2. Perplex cannot be used mid-action, and so can never be used to increase the damage done by Pulse Wave (or Incap, or EE, etc).
