Here we have the newest set of games between Gargantua and I. As we always do, we have two parallel games, each in a set of three, playing to 10K each.
The typical rules allow eight characters in use, one use of any character and alternate versions if so desired. We also get two teleporters each with a free use of it once per turn. Every 1k we get a relic, feat and ID card (plus a replenishment of 1 light and heavy object). There's a few other house rules, too, but this is the gist.

Rhino sees the Vision appear before him, giving him a startle.
"You can't get to me, Vision, not if I get to you first" Rhino says ramming into a wall. Sadly for Rhino, there's no Vision, so he only succeeds in hurting himself.
That's just mean, picking on the Rhino like that, of all people. But I'm going to pull a Rules Lawyer. Vision can absolutely make the move and the attack, but he can't use his Psychic Blast. Vision's power says "When Vision is given a MOVE action, after resolutions he may make an attack (close or range)."
Note that is says he can make an attack, not that he may be given a Ranged Combat Action. He'd need to be able to do a full action to use Psychic Blast. His power lets him do a vanilla attack. So it would only be 1 to Rhino. Don't know if there's any way you can boost him or anything, before I take my turn.

Ugh, it's all in the tiny inconvenient details that catch me off guard.
I don't mind not doing too much damage to Rhino, that turn was just an attempt to do SOMETHING other than the traditional second turn pass.
1 to Rhino will have to do, I don't have any perplex to assist.
