1.- Why the reference to taking free actions in an opponent's turn?, which free actions are currently taken in this way?.
2.- Do Hovering characters have to stop when they move into a square adjacent to an opposing figure? is the "[hovering characters] interacts with nonflying characters as if it were in the ground" phrase refers to combat interactions only?
3.- Hovering figures can attack with ranged combat actions any adjacent figure, but can grounded figures attack adjacent hovering figures if there are other adjacent opposing grounded figures? Is this changed from the old rulings? The Indy rulebook talks about "not being able to shot if in Base Contact with other character", but "base contact" is not a Heroclix term (should it say adjacent?) and the Hovering part of this rule is VERY vague about this.
5.- Elevated terrain LOFs: (assuming the elevated figure is on the edge of the elevated terrain) If a figure is on top of grounded outdoor blocking terrain or if a figure with Stealth or Batman TA or Kabuki TA is on top of hindering terrain, is there LOF? What about a figure on top of Elevated outdoor blocking terrain?. What about an elevated figure on hindering terrain with those powers/abilities?.

Apparently, they no longer do. Takes away one of the reasons to soar.

Based means adjacent with an opposing character.

Hindering terrain in the square the character is on will still activate stealth; you only ignore what's in the intervening squares.
2) No Fliers now dont have to stop when the move next to a opposing Character. If they start out next to an opposing character they have to make a break away.
3) Hmmm dont know. I will look up to make sure.
4) What happened to 4!
5) Hmm this one might have to reword. If Batman is in hindering they even if your on the edge of Elevated terrain you still wont see him. An elevated person thats on the edge on hindering and has stealth is considered un able to be seen.
3.- Not answered!, can grounded figures make ranged attacks agains adjacent enemy hovering figures if they are also adjacent to enemy grounded figures?.
