Eternity question

YOU HAVE CAPTURED MY ATTENTION: When another character KO's a character opposing to it with an attack, give it a Notice token. FREE: Place Eternity adjacent to a character with a Notice token.

Does this power also apply to opposing characters?

Since they would be killing opposing characters if they kill my friendlies?

Yes, it applies to all characters.
