Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to clarify FULL-SPECTRUM and how I might take advantage of it.

EX 1: Captain Marvel hits three targets, she assigns 0 damage to two of the targets and the remaining damage to the third. Actions resolve. The hit targets that were assigned 0 damage now take 1 penetrating damage.

Correct?
