SET NOTES: The original Marvel Comic run was my major inspiration behind the designs, but the cartoon defined The Transformers franchise in so many ways, that I felt it had to play a big part.

Designer Notes: This set has been a long time coming. I wanted to focus on the transformations, so to that effect there are many shifting focus and shifting click-color designs.
Most of the characters' power sets come from the comic, with its more tightly defined abilities for the characters. I have snuck in some iconic elements from the cartoon onto some dials, and certain characters, namely Spike, were drawn exclusively from the comics. The insecticons were also inspired more by their cartoon appearances than their portrayals in the comics.
Thanks to Baron Impossible for helping me decide on a final form for the Shifting Focus dials and for suggesting the opening-theme video.
And Special thanks to Hein2208 for all the help navigating the rules. Many final wordings on special powers and traits were his suggestions.

Turn them Brittle As Glass: Characters can't reduce damage less than the number of Glass tokens assigned. Characters remove all Glass tokens when they heal or take more than 2 damage. Cliff Jumping: 2. . When Cliffjumper ends a MOVE action within range and line of fire of only opposing characters, this turn he has "FREE: Make an attack." even if this power is lost.
Glass Gas: Precision Strike, but only when making range attacks. When Cliffjumper uses it, after resolutions, assign a hit character a Glass token.

This is a fun little set so far! One thing I know would never happen because of costs but man would be so darn cool would be if this was how they brought back SwitchClix figures, with each of these having a robot figure and a vehicle figure to swap back and forth along with going into the dials. Nothing necessary of course, but it would be a lot of fun.

Not Too Bright: When Skywarp is targeted by Perplex, decrease the value modified by -1.

Teleportation Accuracy Decreases With Range: Phasing/Teleport. When Skywarp has no action tokens and uses Phasing/Teleport, before assigning an action token, roll 2d6. If the result is greater than the number of squares moved, then this action was as FREE.

Warping: Phasing/Teleport. When an attack targeting Skywarp misses, place Skywarp in a square within 3 squares and line of fire.
Auto Cannons & Heat-Seeking Missiles: Energy Explosion. // When Skywarp makes a range attack targeting a single target, he modifies his attack +1 for each action token assigned to the target.
Hit and Run: When Skywarp deals damage with a range attack, after resolutions, roll d6. 5-6: Halve speed value, then use Phasing/Teleport at no cost.
TRANSFORM: Jet: FREE: If Thundercracker began your turn on the map and has no pilot, replace him with another character with this trait on the same click number.
Lingering Doubts: When an opposing character of lower point value is KO'd from an attack, after resolutions, roll a d6. - : Thundercracker has IMMOBILE and can't be replaced until your next turn.

I Should Lead: Leadership, but only if another friendly character has failed its Leadership roll this turn. If that character is also adjacent, remove an action token from Starscream and assign it to that character.
Null-Ray Rifle: Incapacitate, but after resolutions roll a d6 and deal hit characters damage equal to half the result.
