My deck an offensive version of the Water deck. I use the the level lowering effect of A Legendary Ocean and combine it with Gravity Bind, that's obvious and what all Water decks do. Instead of using small monsters to take pot shots at my opponent's life points, my monsters will try to fight a path to the opponent's life points.

In order to use Abyss Soldier's effect, I require Water elemental monsters. The effect monsters like Penguin Soldier and Jowels of Dark Demise serve that purpose as well as their own effects. I then use Salvage to recover them to my hand and cause chaos in the next turn.

whered u get abyss soldier??? newayz... drop 2 G-bind for 2 tornado walls and drop 7 colered fish and cure mermaid for 2 more levia dragons. drop jowls of dark demise and gora turtle for 2 mermaid knigt/gagagigo and drop scapegoat and nobleman ofXout/mage power for 2 big wave small wave. i used to run a water deck. 3 levias pwn. come check out my exodia deck. its in my sig.

Playstation 2 game, Capsule Monster Colesium, is where you get an Abyss Soldier. As for Tornado Walls, I'm not using them. They only stop battle damage, I'd rather use Waboku to stop the damage and keep my monsters alive. Three Levia-Dragons? Perhaps two, but definately not three.

Big Wave Little Wave... destroy all my Water monsters to simply summon the same ones again my hand? In a word... no.

Any other suggestions?

I rate this deck 9/10. Does this deck win a lot of duels?
Becuase it is awsome. Mabye you should add a star boy or 2.

Still that must have been some expense getting two Abyss Soldiers. As for fixes, I think:

-1 Terraforming
+1 Snatch Steal
-1 Giant Red Sea Snake
-1 7 Colored Fish
+2 Gagagigio (or Sea Serpent Warrior of Darkness because it is a normal monster minus 50 ATK and a higher defense)
-1 Mage Power
+1 Big Wave Small Wave
-1 Fiber Jar
+1 Nightmare Penguin
+1 Heavy Storm (get a structure deck if you need one)
+1 Graceful Charity (Get a Pegasus deck if you need one)
