Call of the Haunted: If it's removed from the field in any way (destroyed, put back in hand, etc.) the monster that it's "tied" to is destroyed.
Premature Burial: The equipped monster will be destroyed by Premature Burial only if Premature Burial is destroyed itself. If it is returned to the hand, the monster will stay on the field.
Normally, for Call of the Haunted, the monster would be destroyed since it has to be "Destroyed" or "Removed from the field" for it to happen. This WILL NOT happen when
1. Jinzo is face up on the field (negates)
2. Royal Decree is face up on the field (negates)
3. The monster is flipped f/d (no longer "tied" to Call of the Haunted)
For Premature Burial, the monster will remain on the field since it has to be "destroyed" in order for the monster to be destroyed.
Even if it's destroyed, though, the monster can remain on the field.
1. being equipped to Horus LV6
2. being equipped to Spell Canceller
3. Being equipped to Silent Swordsman LV7 (japanese, Spell Canceller effect)
4. Imperial Order gets activated after it's already resolved
Select 1 monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is removed from the field, destroy the monster. When the monster is destroyed, destroy this card.
If this card so much leaves the field, the monster is destroyed.
Premature Burial
Equip Spell
Pay 800 Life Points. Select 1 monster from your Graveyard, Special Summon it on the field in face-up Attack Position, and equip it with this card. When this card is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster.
Since Giant Trunade does not destroy Premature, and it does not have, the line "if this card leaves the field the monster is destroyed" like Call of the Haunted... If this was used your premature your monster would not be destroyed, and you would be able to use Premature again if you had enough Life Points.
