which one of these cards, in ur opinion is the best in all of yugioh. Explain.
1.C.E.D EOTE
2.Yata-Garasu
3.Fiber Jar
4.B.L.S EOTB
5.Witch of the Black Forest
6.Magical Scientist
7.Cyber Jar
8.Tribe-Infecting Virus
9.Breaker the Magical Warrior
10.Jinzo
There is no such thing as a best card in ALL of yugioh, every card in your list has several ways to counter it. My personal favorite is Solemn Judgement, but when it commes to Jinzo it's a matter of what's on the field first.

CED is the best. My friends and I were playing a 2 vs 2 Yugi match, and as one team was about to lose, one of them said "I destroy all cards, and you take all the damage." We commented on how broken that would be, then realized that CED was eerily close to doing exactly that.
1. CED = Stupid, Overrated, Broken... oh yeah, and a big reason why everyone hates Chaos
Wow. Overrated AND broken. Is that even possible?

3. Fiber Jar = Good card, but liable to get Nobleman'd
Nobleman is definitely a drawback, but a bigger issue is that you don't want the effect if you're winning.

5. Witch = meh, it's on the ban list. I don't play without ban. Self-explainatory.
Well, the question was which card is the best in the entire game... surely you know enough about WotBF to know how good a card it is.
However, WotBF is only about as good as whatever card you use it to search for.

6. Scientist = I like Scientist, but don't have enough Fusions to use him lol
I hear you on that. I don't have enough either. Of course, that doesn't make Scientist any worse. Just you (j/k)

Except some cards are harder to counter than others (and thus better), and/or hurt the opponent more when they aren't countered (and thus are better).
Do you admit that Archfiend Soldier is better than La Jinn? Then you understand why there's a best card (or possibly a few cards tied for best). If certain cards are better, and you're comparing more than 2 cards, there must be a best.

True, it's just I don't really think of it anymore since the ban. Only little kids play Traditional 'round here, and their Witch usually brings out La Jinn or something lol

Also true, some cards are just better than others, but if you see it purely from the perspective of which cards can be easily countered and which can't, then you'll probably arrive at CED and Jinzo, since their effects are currently the two hardest to stop, CED because of its priority and Jinzo 'cos there are only two (I think) Traps that actually work against his being Summoned.
However, that doesn't make them the best. Both are limited to 1, so if you're relying on them to win a duel, then you're looking at a 2 in 40 chance of drawing what you need, and even then there's no guarantee that it'll benefit you in your current situation.

I didn't only include being the hardest to stop. I also mentioned what hurts your opponent the most when it isn't stopped. Other factors include how easy it is to get the monster onto the field, etc.
Being limited to 1 doesn't make that one monster any better or worse. But yeah, it's a bad idea to rely on 1 card to win you the duel. Probably the minimum you can get away with depending on to win is 3, and that usually doesn't work (only works if you dedicate your entire deck to living long enough to play those cards; use stall cards to accomplish that. Even then, those 3 cards need to be easy to play).
Gotta love my Fiber Jar. Works best when I can keep a Graverobber's Retribution out so my opponent loses 100 points per monster removed from play every time I go into standby. Better if I can get a Soul Absorbtion out so I gain points at the same time I Soul Release cards out of play. Once I get a good enough stack going of removed opponents monsters, it's time to bring out the big gun and resart the game only gee, their bad guys can't play anymore! I don't make many friends with this move.
Man..Hino Kagu tsuchi is the best monster in the game. The sexiness of punching your opponents monster in the face with him and then making your opponent lose their entire hand is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Even if it is a spirit, and even if it has to cause battle damage, IT DOESN'T MATTER. Play it and feel the burning joy!

Yeah, I'm temted to try it out. But a double-tribute AND a spirit monster...plus it has to do battle damage to get the effect... that has all the disadvantages of a lot of cards rolled together, but it IS a great effect. The double tribute makes it hard to get out, and if you do get it out, they can Torrential, which makes you lose 3 monsters. If you do summon it, and they Waboku, it returns to your hand, and those monsters you tributed are gone. If they Magic Cylinder, you lose all those cards, and eat a butt load of damage. A simple enemy controller can put him in defense mode, and then he'll return to your hand.
What card started the "effect negation" craze? Who shares that insane power with those that stand beside him? Why would it be necessary to state that "this card cannot be Special Summoned from the Grave", if it were not dangerously uncontrollable without that restriction? Who's attack remains one of the highest for a single Tribute monster except for the godfather, Summoned Skull?
