1.- If i play confiscation, or delinquent duo, or any spell card that is a cost card, then my opponent use magic jamer, do i have to pay the cost or not?. Because megic jamer negate the activation of the spell card, and imperial order not negate the activation.

2.- If i play Swords of Revealing Light, or snatch steal, then my opponent use imperial order, the SORL and the SS are destroyed or they still on the field?

3.- If i attack my opponent´s monster whit Dark Blade (the fussion), i can remove that destroyed monster, whit the effect of Dark Blade?

4.- Whit Dark factory of mass production i have to chose 2 normal monster or i can chose up to 2 normal monsters?. Because if i have to chose 2 monster and i only have 1 monster i cant activate the effect?

5.- If my opponent only have 1 card in his hand can i activate delinquent duo?

1. Costs have be paid upon activation regardless of whether or not it is negated. Unless of course if you use Spell Economics

2. SORL will continue its countdown to 3 turns. Snatch Steal will remain on the field equipped to a monster aimlessly.

3. You will have to apply Dark Blade - The Dragon Knights effect first before the monster is sent to the graveyard so no, you will not be able to remove the destroyed monster.

4. You MUST have 2 normal monsters to being back upon activation of that that card.

6. Your opponent may respond to the summon of the monster with such a trap. However, do not forget that you are thr turn player and have priority and thus are able to activate the monster's effect first before your opponent can respond.
