Well, I'm stuck. I'm trying to create a deck built around Forced Requisition. Basically its hand control with a twist, but I'm stuck. This is what I have so far.

I am 12 cards short (assuming these are kept). Now I am not asking someone to build my deck for me, but just to offer ideas so I can get some more ideas.
