3. If a monster can have no attribute nor type, then what about the monsters created by "Magical Hats"?
4. Can I use "Magical Hats" during my opponent's battle phase, then use "Ultimate Offering" to tribute the monsters created by it to tribute summon a high level monster?
5. If a face-down "Statue of the Wicked" is destroyed by the effect of "Magical Hats" while it is a monster, does its effect activate?

If Statue of the Wicked or Dark Coffin is sent to the Graveyard face-down their effects will activate

1. Level 1 is the lowest that a monster can go. There is no such thing as Level 0.

How about this one. When you go through your deck to pull two non-monster cards, and you pull 2 Dark Coffins...then they are destroyed at the end of the turn...do those get their effects....Magical Hats caused them to be put on the field and then destroyed....???

If Neither Dark Coffin is attacked then it will be destroyed face-down thus activating it's effect. Opponent can choose to destroy 2 of their monsters, discard 2 cards or destroy one of their monsters and a discard a card
