Ok.......... I just came upon this scenario, in a duel........... see first I flipped Jinzo face down with tsukuyomi and equipped him with nightmare wheel... ergo he couldn't change position, my opponent uses Book of Taiyou on his Jinzo (I believe this is completely legal, since its not manually changing positions (correct me if im wrong though))........ now heres my real conflict, to the activation of Book of Taiyou, I chained Skill Drain.... now I know that I can't chain skill drain to Jinzo being summoned in any way, but in this case it wasn't summoned it was just flipped face up....... does skill drain resolve first do to the chain....... or even though Jinzo wasn't summoned he would still be able to negate Skill Drain...................????

Chain Link 1: "Book of Taiyou".
Chain Link 2: "Skill Drain".

Resolution:

1) "Skill Drain" resolves and its effect is now active on the field.
2) "Book of Taiyou" resolves and "Jinzo" is flipped into ATK position, and its effect would be negated by "Skill Drain".

Also...remember, "Book of Taiyou" does not Flip Summon a monster - it only flips them face up.

Skill Drain will negate Jinzo's effect since he was not face up when Skill Drain resolved.

Also, Nightmare Wheel will stay on the field with its effect.

thanks for the quick replies........... this has to be one of the most frustrating things for any player controlling Jinzo......... just not being able to do nothing with Jinzo locked with a TRAP..........
