Heya i heard something about that emergency provisions didn't work on mirage anymore is this true ?

Who ever told you it did not work was wrong. Using Emergency Provisions is the same as using MST except for thing. Even if they negate your Emergency Provisions, you will still be able to get rid of Mirage, since sending it to the grave is part of the activation cost of Mirage.

i was just at a regional this past weekend and they allowed for people to play the combo.
