If my opponent has a TER and I have a DD Lady and he attacks it and it has a monster equipped, an I choose to remove, does TER get removed (or sent back to Fusion) or does only the equipped monster get removed? Same for Assailant.
If I have Solemn Judgement set and they play Metamorphosis to summon TER and I Solemn the TER where does it go? Graveyard or back to fusion deck?
TER would be removed. The only time the monster equiped to TER is destroyed is when TER would normally be destroyed by battle. TER's effect does NOT protect him from effects that destroy the monster itself.

D. D. Warrior Lady removes the ACTUAL monster it battles. Since TER wouldn't be destroyed in the battle, then the Monster equipped to it will remain. D. D. Warrior Lady's effect then kicks in and removes TER from play and since the monster has no target to equip to, it will be sent to the graveyard. The same applies for D. D. Assailant if it dies from TER attacking it.
And the 2nd question?? My guess is that it would go to the graveyard like a normal monster would, but want to make sure as I'm sure lots at regionals will run goat control.
Solemn Judgment CANNOT negate the summoning of TER.
And before anyone jumps out of their seat…
You would need to use Solemn Judgment on Metamorphosis.
Waldo10032 – The Fiendish Duelist says "What does not belong? A drum, an egg, or a Fiend Deck?
Well, you can beat a drum. You can beat an egg, but you can't beat a Fiend Deck."
Spell
Traps
Normal Summon
Special Summon of a monster by it’s own effect
When TER is summoned, you’re resolving Metamorphosis.
Same with Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted, Monster Reborn and the like. You’d have to negate the Spell or Trap that summons, otherwise, pffft!

What Waldo stated is true. Solemn Judgment, Horn Of Heaven can not be used to negate a special summon done by a spell/trap. In order to stop TER from coming out by Metamorph, you would have to negate Metamorph with SJ. In which case, the fusion never hits the field, and the monster they tributed is still sent to the grave.
