Player Bs turn, and he plays Snatch steal or chg of heart to put the 3rd counter on SDM

After attacks and stuff Player B tributes SDM but he already knows he does NOT have a Dark Mage...Can Player be do this move even though he already knows that DM is NOT in his deck??? Therefore Player A does not get the monster back after Chg of Heart is done???

If after you play Graceful charity and have a King of the Swamp in your hand....

GC says u have to discard 2 cards after drawing 3...King of the S says that u discard this card from hand to graveyard to get a Polymerization from deck to hand...Can u get King's effect while doing Gracefuls effect??

1. Believe it or not, YES your opponent can, but you get to check to make sure whether they do or do not have a Dark Magician in their deck and Skilled Dark Magician's effect disappears.

If you use Graceful Charity and discard King of the Swamp, you CANNOT use King of the Swamp's effect at the same time.

Assuming Skilled Dark Mage is the same as Skilled Dark Magician, yes, you can tribute a Skilled Dark Magician to get its summoning effect even if you don't have one in your hand or deck, the Skilled Dark Mage is just gone.

No, you have to activate King of the Swamp's effect in order to use its discard ability. Since King of the Swamp is being discarded as part of Graceful Charity's effect, you won't get the double bonus.
