Does it mean all damage or just battle damage? Please help.

Tornado Wall only protects your lifepoints from Battle Damage.

This matter has been addressed several times before so please try using the searc engine next time. Also, the UDE FAQ page is a good reference to use as well.

Yeah it only prevents battle damage to your life points. This includes overflow damage (when a stronger monster attacks your weaker one) and direct attacks. It cannot stop effect damage like Ring of Destruction, or effects like Inferno that do damage when they destroy a monster.
