I have two quick questions on Makura and Tsukuyomi.

1. I understand the fact that when Makura the Destructor is sent to the Graveyard, you can activate traps from you hand, but is that only for the turn it is sent, or is it until the remainder of the duel?

2. If I have a Face Up Attack Position Magician of Faith on the field, then I summon Tsukuyomi to flip Magician of Faith into Face down Defense Position, can I flip Magician of Faith again, or must I wait until next turn?

2 must wait becasue a monster can only change battle position once per turn.(even if forced, unless its forced more than once)

1: it's for the turn

2: it depends. If the magician of faith was in face up defense mode, and has yet to have been changed that turn, and you flip it face down, then yes. if you flip it facedown from attack position or it's position was already changed that turn, then no.

1. Read the card...

During the turn this card is sent to the Graveyard, the owner of this card can activate Trap Card(s) from his/her hand.

2. If you DID NOT already flip it during that turn manually or change its position manually at all, then yes, you can flip it back face up.

If you DID already manually change its position already, you will have to wait until next turn

2. Once a card's position ahs been changed in any way it cannot be further changed unless by a card effect.

you cannot manually change a monster's position if one of the 3 have occured.

1)the monster already changed its position (manual or effect, doesn't matter)
2)the monster was summoned/set etc. this turn.
3)the monster atked this turn.

now a position change only refferes to atk and def position, not face up or face down. meaning if changed from face up atk to face down defense, thats a position change, but if changed from face up defense to face down defense, its position hasn't changed, and it can be flip summoned this turn.
