Need Ruling on Boar Soldier and Nuvia the Wicked

Boar Soldier's Text:

If this card is Normal Summoned, destroy this card. If your opponent controls 1 or more monsters, decrease the ATK of this card by 1000 points.

Nuvia the Wicked's Text:

Quote

If this monster is Normal Summoned, destroy this card. If your opponent controls any monster, decrease the ATK of this card by 200 points for each monster on your opponents side of the field.

Now my question is: In their text, the read, "If this monster is Normal Summoned, destroy this card.". Would this effect be negated if Skill Drain exists on the field?

Yes it would be negated by Skill Drain.

Anything that is not considered as a cost can be stopped by Skill Drain (as long as the monster is face up on resolution).
