I was checking out this card and im wondering.

I can i use this card when someone summons a monster or tributes a monster or sets a trap magic card or activates a continues card to destroy it ?

Like say if they bring out BLS-EOTB can chain that summon after he removes a light and dark and brings him to the field with this card and put BLS back on top of his deck so in order for him to bring it out again he has to remove another light and dark ect ? Same if they use Imperial Order or CED or if they use Premature burial, what happens if they use premature burial get a monster like a 1900 atker and i send premature back to the top of his deck with this card he still looses the 800 life points and the monster goes right back to the graveyard right ?

The card affect says " Discard 1 card from youre hand. Return 1 card on youre opponents side of the field to the top of the owners deck

yeah you can do everything you said. It doesnt say otherwise so why are you asking yourself that?

If Premature Burial is returned to the top of the deck, then the monster it was equipped to will remain on the field.

Im asking because a few people were wondering about it, and see the affect of premature this guy said the monster stays on the field so im still ????

Pay 800 Life Points. Select 1 Monster card from your graveyard, Special Summon it on the field in Face-up Attack position and equip it with this card. When this card is destroyed, the monster is also destroyed.

Premature wasn't "DESTROYED", it was sent to the top of the deck and therefore, the monster survives.

Call of the Haunted is a whole other story:

Call of the Haunted
Continuous Trap
Select 1 monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is removed from the field, destroy the monster. When the monster is destroyed, destroy this card.

In THAT case, Call is removed from the field and it will destroy the monster.

Well, also remember that the turn player (Special Summoning Soldier or Chaos Dragon) has priority to activate its/their effects.

as for premature it simply depends on when you activate the wind blast. if you chain it to premature then the monster never hits the field in the first place, but they still lose the 800, if you wait until premature summons the monster and then return it to the top of the deck you just gave them a (almost) free monster.

1) Yes you can use it in response to a Summon, set, or card effect actviation. You cannot use it in response to a monster being Tributed (Tributes are always either costs or resolution effects and at either time isn't something you can chain to).

2) Yes, you can use Phoenix Wing Blast in response to your opponent summoning Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, but remember, he/she still has priority to activate its effect once after it is Summoned.

3) You may return Imperial Order in chain to its activation. The effects of it will not go through so any Spell Cards activated before Imperial Order will not be Negated.

4) Same thing as #3. You can return attempt to return it, but your opponent still can activate its effect using its priority before you can use your Phoenix Wing Blast.

5a) If you use Phoenix Wing Blast in chain to Premature Burial, your opponent will still have paid 800 Life Points and no monster will be Special Summoned.
5b) If you use Phoenix Wing Blast after the monster is Special Summoned by Premature Burial, the opponent will still have paid 800 Life Points, but the monster will remain on the field because Premature Burial wasn't Destroyed.
