EDIT: sorry bout the double post............ im still havind trouble with this page, or the browser, not quite sure yet
1) "Phoenix Wing Wind Blast" can only be used on cards on your opponent's side of the field.
2) You can not activate "Phoenix Wing Wind Blast" during Damage Calculation.

Maaannn, how could i've missed the "your opps side" :cross-eye ,guess I was out crazy :speechles ......... as for the second part, thats what I wasn't sure of...... thaks for looking out Envoy :p , this would've sooooo cool though
Just a quick fix, "D. D. Warrior Lady's" effect takes place in the Resolve Effects part of the Damage Step (not Damage Calculation, which I typed in the explanation). Either way, you still would not be able to activate "Phoenix Wing Wind Blast". It's a minor detail, but it can make a difference. Thanks for finding it, hinky.
Your question is a bit unclear, but I'll try to answer it.
You seem to be asking if you can return your DDWL to the top of your deck with Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. The answer is no, because you can only use it on the opponent's cards.

No, you could not activate D. D. Warrior Lady's effect and then use Phoenix Wing Wind Blast to return it to your Deck. The effect of D. D. Warrior Lady activates IN the Damage Step AFTER damage calculation. Phoenix Wing Wind Blast CANNOT be used in the Damage Step, so you cannot save your D. D. Warrior Lady with it.
what if you had DNA surgery, call machines, and equip Heavytech platform on D.D then ram towards a jinzo, and put them both out of play, would heavy tech save D.D?

No, Heavy Mech Support Platform would not save D. D. Warrior Lady. Heavy Mech Suppor Platform states "When the equipped monster is destroyed..." D. D. Warrior Lady's effect does not destroy, it removes from play.
Also, how are you having DNA Surgery active on the field if Jinzo is there too? Unless of course you've got a Skill Drain active you're not telling me about, then of course D. D. Warrior Lady would be negated too...
Going along with this,............................... is there a way to save the lady and still get her effect???
Kind of; when "D. D. Warrior Lady" attacks a Flip-Effect monster, her effect will go as Chain Link 1 (if you use it), and the Flip-Effect will go as Chain Link 2.
Lets say you attacked a face-down "Man-Eater Bug". In this case, "Man-Eater Bug" would resolve first and destroy "D. D. Warrior Lady", and then "D. D. Warrior Lady" would remove "Man-Eater Bug" from play (but she would only be destroyed).
Another example, lets say "D. D. Warrior Lady" attacks a face-down "Penguin Soldier". If "Penguin Soldier" was going to use its effect to return "D. D. Warrior Lady" to its owner's hand, and "D. D. Warrior Lady" activated her effect, then "Penguin Soldier" would first return "D. D. Warrior Lady" to the owner's hand, and then "D. D. Warrior Lady" would remove "Penguin Soldier" from play.

Do you get where I'm going?
No, no this I was sure of, as like Fyber Jar and stuff......... but I mean, saving her without my opps monsters effect going off..... by like Book of Moon or something ??...........

As far as I know, there is nothing that can save her because cards that could would not be able to be activated in the Damage Step anyway.
